We asked Spyros Peter Goudas how is he familiar with Caribbean music when, in reality, he is a food producer?
He simply suggested that we scan his biography, The Immigrant, for the years 1970's and 80's and discovered that the produced a radio program and had one of the most popular Caribbean night clubs in the history of Canada, The 813 Club.

Maybe we all know that Christopher Columbus discovered the Caribbean (The West Indies) over five hundred years ago. But Spyros Peter explored and introduced the culture to the world five hundred years later.
In fact, every year for many years Black History Month is celebrated during the month of February focusing on the achievements of black personalities.
